I want you to love your purchase from Coffee & Crafts! If something isn’t right, here’s how I can help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Start a Return
- Email me at coffee.and.crafts.store@gmail.com with your:

- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- I’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
- Ship your item back to me. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

- In-Person returns are also available if you are near the RIT Campus.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, I’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- Please email photos so we can process your exchange quickly.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
